How the HR function increasingly accomodates international teams

Around the world, and particularly in Europe, the globalisation of markets has been followed by rising globalisation in job markets. The sources of this phenomenon are complex: firstly, the world is generating executive ‘currents’ between talent exporting countries and importing countries; secondly, multinationals are populating their subsidiaries with a mix of executives from all cultures in order to succeed as a single worldwide team.
