The path to better mental health

Mental ill health is the main reason for the granting of disability pensions in most EU member states

Are you a mentally healthy person? Ninety-nine per cent of everyone you know will automatically answer yes. And they probably are. But if they’re not, how will they know it, and would they share that information? We all know about stress, anxiety, depression and other mental disorders.
