Su Mi Dahlgaard-Park

Su Mi Dahlgaard-Park is currently a professor at the Institute of service management, Lunds University, Sweden. Her research areas have been HRM, quality management, organisation theory, learning and knowledge management, and organisational change. Within these areas she has published more than 100 research papers and books, of which several have been translated into a number of languages.
