When Lloyds Bank separated from TSB in 2013, the management at Lloyds took the opportunity to push for cultural change. Lloyd’s head of internal communication, Louise Wadman, spoke at the European Communication Summit 2016 on how the banks’ engagement programme brought to life the business strategy through a series of targeted communication interventions for very segmented audiences.

Louise took time out of her busy Summit schedule to share some insights into her work with our reporting team.

This interview was filmed at the European Communication Summit 2015, held in Brussels on June 25 and 26.
