The view from my (office) window

Snapshots of the European communications landscape

We are looking for new ways to celebrate the diversity and scale of the European corporate communications community.

And one idea that has proven to be a big hit elsewhere is “The view from my window”: a simple snapshot taken from your office window of the view outside. We think this could be a simple yet striking way to illustrate the European communications landscape.

The photo should be just of the view (no selfies, please!) and, for the sake of aesthetics, we’ll also allow photos taken from another room in your office building should that view prove to be irresistible: perhaps a meeting room you regularly use? Also, horizontal, landscape formats are preferred to vertical, portrait images.

Finally, as these images would be shown on this website and related social media channels, we welcome photos taken from your cell phone. However, if you would prefer to submit a more professional photo (or ask your in-house graphics team to take one), we would be happy to consider that for publication in the print edition of Communication Director magazine.

If you would like to share your view, send your photo to [email protected] with the subject line "View from my window".

To get the ball rolling, here's a snapshot taken from the top floor of the Communication Director offices in Berlin.
