Job description: 

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Corporate Communications team at P&G for the France-Benelux cluster. Based in our France headquarters in Asnières-sur-Seine, the candidate would support the France and Belgium business to drive corporate reputation both internally and externally for P&G.

The key element of the role is the implementation of the corporate communications strategy for France and Belgium. The strategy would encompass among other things Media Relations, Executive Communications, Employee communications, Employee Engagement Programs, Digital and Corporate Social Media, CSR & Sustainability Communications.

Working under pressure is common in this role so candidates should feel comfortable with change/flexing to meet the demands of the job. Measurement, Issue & Crisis Management, Agency Management and Press Office support are part of this exciting role.

The person will report to the Senior Corporate Communications Manager based in France.

Qualifications

Graduated with a Master degree, the successful individual may also have 2-3 years experience in Corporate Communications/Brand PR.

Superior communication: This role requires exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills. Excellence in French and English is a must. You will work with national media, write briefings for executives and oversee the development of all locally relevant communications materials.

In touch externally: You will need to be able to identify external opportunities and work with a diverse mix of influencers relevant to the business: from media contacts to business leaders and local stakeholder contacts such as NGOs, Key Opinion Leaders and government officials. Being able to see P&G through the eyes of influencers/media will help.

Superior collaboration and Networking: You will need to demonstrate that you are able to work with all levels in the company with the ability to influence. You will be a member of regional and global networks, representing France-Benelux. You will work closely with business in France-Benelux as well as in Europe, working across cultures and languages.

Strategic leadership and Accountability: You are in charge of leading corporate communication projects in France and Benelux, working closely with the Europe and global network. An excellent understanding of business, the organization and the function is essential.

Agility: This role requires considerable agility and flexibility because of the number of projects to be managed simultaneously and by the fact that it is very dependent on current events and events that can happen from outside, in particular issues and crises.

Strong interest in Media, Current Affairs and Sustainability/CSR: Because you will be working on projects within Media Relations, Employee & Executive Communications and CSR/Sustainability, you will need to have strong knowledge and appetite for Media and current affairs, in particular in the CSR/Sustainability area.
