Karin Helmstaedt

Karin Helmstaedt is a Canadian-born journalist at Germany’s foreign broadcaster Deutsche Welle. She currently hosts the network’s daily culture and lifestyle magazine Euromaxx, and is a culture editor for the English news. She has also hosted numerous live event programs all over Europe, including the 25 year anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Karin is the moderator of the European Communication Summit.
