Richard Kylberg joined Arrow Electronics, a $23 billion Fortune 150 electronics distribution company, in December 2010. Previously, he was president of CCA, Inc., operating under the banner of Communicom Broadcasting, the owner and operator of radio stations across the US. Before that, he was founder and managing partner at the Bayard Fund (1990 – 1992), where he established an investment fund to acquire television and radio broadcast facilities; raised investment capital and investigated opportunities for investors.
