Today’s audiences trust people more than corporations and organisations. It is the reason why a strategic approach to Business Personal Branding is becoming increasingly important. A number of companies are engaging their employees and senior leaders to take part in digital conversation on social media, thus establishing a consistent brand reputation while still maintaining a personal level of trust and interaction with their stakeholders.
