Millennials will comprise 75 percent of the global workforce by 2025 (source: Deloitte) and represent the next generation of innovative leaders and decision-makers. The European Communication Award presented by the European Association of Communication Directors (EACD) recognises rising stars who are delivering outstanding communications work on a European level. With this initiative, the EACD aims to attract, inspire and engage current and future communication leaders to drive excellence in our profession.

Talented communicators under the age of 35 can submit their innovative projects to apply for the title of Young Communicator of the Year. The three young professionals who are shortlisted for the this year's Award are invited to attend the European Communication Summit free of charge and will receive reimbursement for travel expenses
