The position

The CX Communication Manager is responsible for direct customer communication. Digital only of course. You want to get our customers to love our content as much as we do. You are part of the Customer Experience team who wants our customers to get moments that matter at Viaplay. And to stay as long as possible with us. Your inspiring communication is one part of creating those engaging experiences.

The challenge ahead

You will inspire our customers with curated content communication with a human touch. Based on our customer communication strategy you will initiate, build, execute and follow up communication activities. From start to finish. Your responsibilities, among others:

  • Write copy that is courageous, charismatic and contemporary
  • Understand and define the target group
  • Work closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure successful customer dialogues
  • Translation coordination and proofreading of others copy
  • Build and execute dialogues in our CRM tool Portrait
  • Learn for future activities, evaluate how the previous ones performed

What we are looking for

We think you are a positive and self-motivated person with an ‘I dare’ attitude and a passion for writing. You know what customers want before they know it. You live and breathe movies and series and find it easy to convey that devotion in writing. You have analytical skills, are structured, efficient and you believe that the devil is in the details. In addition we also think that you have excellent communications skills. You are comfortable in using different tools and are curious in finding new ways to use them.

  • Ability to quickly create copy tailored for specific audiences
  • Around 3 years of work experience from CRM communication, copy writing or similar
  • Relevant university degree
  • Native Swedish speaker with strong English skills
  • Bonus if you have experience of working with CRM systems
