As part of the Group Internal Communications team, the Communications Manager will play a key role in the planning and implementation of communications that explain and engage employees in the company story and key initiatives that support the business strategy
  • The Team is currently strengthening its capability and increasing the focus on a campaigns approach to employee engagement. This position will focus on campaigns that foster engagement for topics such as conduct and ethics, diversity and inclusion, responsibility and citizenship, innovation and digitalization
  • In addition you will drive corporate initiatives, announcements and have a central role in quarterly results internal communications
  • You will create and share content through a range of internal channels, ensuring effective planning, creativity, impact and attention to detail
  • You will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, brand and marketing colleagues to ensure aligned internal communications that support bank-wide priorities
  • Effective use of digital platforms and technologies in the delivery of communications
  • Tracking and evaluation of communications effectiveness

You offer

  • University master’s degree in communications or equivalent education
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in corporate communications with the proven ability to plan and deliver communication campaigns for a global internal audience
  • Your specific experience in Internal Communications, with a focus on employee engagement, enables you to contribute to the team’s success
  • Ability to work with senior level stakeholders and effectively deliver executive communications
  • Storytelling expertise and the skills to translate complex topics and concepts into engaging messages and communications
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail
  • You are experienced and comfortable working in a global, dynamic and matrixed organization
  • A proven ability to multi-task on a daily basis, handling ongoing initiatives as well as ad-hoc issues that require immediate attention; excellent project management skills
  • You have a positive personality with a can-do attitude and are an experienced problem solver
  • Your excellent communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively and to build up professional relationships
  • Fluent English and German skills; language skills in French and Italian are an asset
