Job description: 


As business partner for the EMEA division, you will lead and manage the internal and external communication strategy and support change management initiatives at divisional level, in line with the Global Communication strategy to deliver the New Aliaxis

Translate the Group’s DNA transformation and change journey into the division

  • As a member of the Global Communications team, co-develop a comprehensive internal, external and change communication strategy and practice for the Group, in support of the company’s transformation journey
  • Develop an internal, external and change communication strategy and plan for the Division based on the existing culture and translation of the Group’s ambition, strategic priorities and action plan
  • Ensure message consistency inside the division, and the implementation of internal communications policies and guidelines
  • Drive the implementation over different channels and teams and coordinate communications activities of all Aliaxis entities in the region •Bring practical communication solutions to complex business and people challenges:
    • Create communication content targeted to different stakeholders
    • Facilitate dialogue and group discussions with stakeholders
    • Support the design, development, delivery and management of global communications and campaigns into the division
    • Develop high-quality deliverables in support of the change management approach and plan
    • Provide input and support the design and delivery of communication training programs
    • Create and organize employee engagement activities
    • Lead sensitive communications related to the transformation and manage external agencies, working closely with the Group Corporate Communications Manager
  • Build strong relationships with internal business stakeholders in the Division and at corporate level to ensure that deliverables are aligned with the expectations (global consistency and local relevancy)
  • Be available as a spokesperson and contact for media queries related to the division
  • Work side-by-side with the Divisional Transformation Support Office and the Human Resources Team
  • Foster good practice sharing amongst relevant units, countries, functions
  • Be a Divisional change ambassador and promotor of our Values
  • Act as the go-between between the Group and the local entities 


  • Solid experience (10+ years) in a Communications business partner role in an international b2b environment (preferably industry)
  • Proven experience and track record in accompanying change management and transformation projects
  • Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute smooth delivery during a complex period of change
  • Experience to interface with and influence divisional and business unit senior management and challenge their line of thoughts
  • Ability to build effective collaborative relationships and partnering across multiple functions at all levels of the organization
  • Practical, pro-active and driven, demonstrated interpersonal skills and high organizational sensitivity
  • Strong business acumen, ability to build credibility fast
  • Experience as a spokesperson and working with media and key influencers, both traditional and digital
  • Flexibility, ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing business environment and deal with ambiguity
  • An excellent command of English both written and verbal and fluency in at least one other European language (French or German)
