Manager Corporate Customer (and Executive) Communications (w/m/div*)

As a Manager Corporate Customer and Executive Communications you work closely together with the Top Management and cover a wide range of responsibility: you develop and manage Infineon’s global Corporate Customer Communications – both through conventional offline channels and online. The main tasks of your new role:

  • Driving the corporate customer communication strategy in close cooperation with various stakeholders in the company, as well as developing and advancing the necessary processes within the Sales & Marketing organization
  • Representation of communication in relevant corporate committees and identification of customer-relevant communication topics (such as M&A activities, partnerships with companies, major investments or changes in the product portfolio) 
  • Coordination, preparation and distribution of relevant communication materials (mails, letters, briefings for calls, presentations, online messages) within Infineon or by service partners
  • Close collaboration with the CEO Communications and Marketing Communications teams – in particular taking responsibility for sales & marketing-related tasks (such as presentations by the CMO or other Top Management members)
  • Participation in content preparation (streamlining of messaging) of internal sales related workshops as well as external events and trade fairs – be part of the development of messages for Online Communication

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Journalism or similar
  • At least 6 years of relevant job experience in Corporate Communication, preferably gained through a line function in a large company or a Senior Consulting role 
  • Very good knowledge in customer relation management through professional, innovative target group orientated communication 
  • Proven skills in bundling topicsboiling them down to core messages to coordinate contributions from a large number of sources (as a speechwriter as well as for corporate customer communication) 
  • Expertise in interface work 
    you demonstrate diplomatic skills to balance different needs and requirements 
  • Proficient ability to ensure high quality even in challenging situations with demanding deadlines
  • An excellent sense of tonality and an appealing language – both written / oral in German and English; other languages are an advantage
