Job description: 

To strengthen our Ferrari Marketing team we are looking for a Marketing Manager, based in the Headquarter of Maranello (Italy) and reporting directly to the Head of Switzerland and East Europe Region.
Focus of the role is to develop the dealer marketing plan, including business analysis and market-data insights, further develop and improvement of CRM, training dealers in the use of the tools, track the monthly KPI’s in order to make recommendation for improvement, and in accordance with Ferrari’ s marketing strategy. 
Furthermore you will be developing and implementing marketing activities and events to drive customer loyalty and new prospect acquisition, evaluate results of each marketing activity and post-event analysis, in line with highest quality positioning and controlling the event budget.
And you will be a key driver to cascade the retail marketing strategy to dealers to achieve commercial objectives, monitor strict compliance to Ferrari corporate identity guideline, and travel to our dealerships across Switzerland. Specifically, you will lead dealer visits (minimum 50% travel in the field) for support, coaching and progress monitoring and to have a strong sense of “reality” inside dealership and local markets. 
Furthermore you will guide dealers to improve marketing skills through Marketing and CRM training and hands-on coaching, and manage the Retail Marketing Budget, 

Desired Skills and Experience
In order to succeed in this challenging and multi-tasking role, we are looking for an experienced marketing / retail marketing manager with at least 5 years’ track record of experience gained in performance-automotive or similar luxury-marketing organizations.
You would ideally hold a degree in business or marketing, and applied these in a structured and commercial marketing environment. Having worked in an multinational organization, and with some time spent abroad, would add to the strength of your candidature. You bring clear marketing and communication skills, including segmentation, customer targeting, positioning, promotion and planning. And likewise experience in digital and social media marketing, including analytics.
Above all you are clearly experienced in working in an environment where precision, acting in a structured and effective manner is key, capable of multi-tasking and where budget, decisions and timings are challenged daily. Therefore a hands-on, practical and solutions-provider approach are necessary. Your further competences include anticipation, precision, and delivering succinct recommendations. You have a high level of agility and resilience, and of course excellent communication and interrelation-skills. 
Fluent German, as well as English, are required. The role will require to travel to dealerships as well as for events (including occasionally on weekends)
