Senior Manager, Marketing Communications


For this role,


Digital Marketing

  • Develop and drive the digital marketing strategy across the company
  • Own all digital channels including the website, email marketing campaigns and social media platforms
  • Conceptualize, develop and implement digital marketing strategy for SEO, SEM, Social Media, advertisement, newsletters, events to drive leads to the company
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end prospect and customer experiences across multiple channels and touch points
  • Design, build and maintain JustGroup's social media presence
  • Collaborate with creative, PR agencies and other vendor partners
  • Drive regular measurement and reporting against performance of all digital marketing campaigns to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Managing the digital marketing budget and working with vendors for best rates deals
  • Evaluate emerging marketing and sales technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

PR/Brand Development

  • Develop appropriate public relations strategies (press releases, feature articles, and success stories) and messages to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate consistent brand message, company culture, strategy to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the company website to ensure consistent message
  • Conduct and review feedback strategies for improvement and reinforcement of the brand

Partnership and Collaboration

  • Conceptualize and develop collaboration program with partners that can leverage and benefit from our members
  • Identify and negotiate with the partners for the collaboration program
  • Evaluate the successful rate of the collaboration
  • Maintain on-going relationships with existing partners and foster new relationships to reinforce value proposition of our services


  • A good degree in relevant fields of Mass Communications, Public Relations or Marketing preferred
  • 10 years' of Marketing experience with at least 4 years' of digital marketing experience and content creation
  • Knowledge of website and social media analytics and reporting tools desirable
  • Well versed in SEO, SEM, Social Media, EDM and Content Writing
