Carole Thomas, a graduate of Celsa who holds a PhD in sociology (ENS Cachan) ,was appointed Communications Director of 3F (Solendi Group).
Responsible for external communication at Cemagref (National Research Institute), where she began her career in 1993, Thomas was then appointed Head of Internal Communications for Novartis Pharma in 1998, the communication center of the Directorate of Judicial Protection of Youth the Ministry of Justice in 2001 and GIP Esther Ministry of Health in 2003. In 2009, she joined in 3F, as of Head of Internal Communication.
3F operates as a housing company that manages and maintains buildings. The company was incorporated in 1955 and is based in Paris, France. As of October 21, 2010, 3F operates as a subsidiary of Solendi.
